Erica Blumrosen, Production Manager
Erica fell in love with theater while growing up in Connecticut and did everything from performing, to building scenery, to stage managing. She went to Emerson College in Boston to further develop those skills and become a multidisciplinary theater artist who loves the art of collaboration and creating something that impacts its audiences. Since she started working in NYC, she has been on the team of various projects with the Aurora Productions, The Public Theater, and smaller shows that have ranged in locales from downtown theaters, to graveyards, and apple orchards. She joined Tinc in 2016 on the New York Musical Festival and has since had the pleasure of primarily managing new works and helping to bring those to life.
Gage Steenhagen, Production Manager
The sense of wonder you get when you see live art, what we call the “magic of theatre,” is what drew Gage from his small-town Iowa life to the big city. He studied Drama at Clarke University, then interned at Second Stage, apprenticed at the Orchard Project, and has trained at the International Stunt School in Seattle, WA. He is a founding member and Creative Director of Ricochet Collective, a member of the United Stuntman’s Association, and holds an IATSE card. He has gone a few rounds on tour, built countless sets, attended innumerable meetings, and freelanced extensively throughout the city, leading him to Tinc, where he worked on Tinc’s first commercial production. As a theatre maker Gage enjoys big picture thinking, collaboration, and being on the team that makes the magic happen.
David Beller, Production Manager
David grew up just north of Chicago, but spent some of his childhood living in South Africa. He later spent time in Pittsburgh, studying Stage & Production Management at Carnegie Mellon University. Just out of college, he found himself as the PSM of an Off-Broadway production, which brought him to NYC and gave him his AEA card. This opened up a world of freelance opportunities over the following years. As his Stage Management career developed, he found he missed the “bigger picture” aspects of management and began to take on Production Management projects as well in the spaces between tech-weeks. These projects ran the gamut from downtown experimental pieces, to developing plays and musical, to large-scale opera productions. In 2017, he began working with Tinc Productions, and immediately saw the benefit of a team approach to Production Management, not only to the Production Managers, but also to the clients.
Kelli Patterson, Financial Manager
Kelli brings to Tinc both theatrical knowledge with her BFA in Stage Management from SUNY Purchase along with her AAS in Accounting from Briarcliffe College. After 13 years gaining experience working in finance in the luxury automotive industry, Kelli is happy to be back at home in show business. In her “free time”, Kelli is a full-time mom to two small, rambunctious children (and one medium, insatiable puppy) at her home in Northwestern Connecticut.
Sarah Altman, Associate Production Manager
Sarah joined the Tinc team in 2018 at the Manhattan School of Music, where she worked on numerous musical theatre and opera productions. Sarah has also previously worked as a theatrical stage manager and an event production assistant. She graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a degree in Theatre Arts, Design & Technology. When not doing theatre, Sarah enjoys taking trips out of the city to hike and visit friends and family who don’t live in the concrete jungle, listening to new music, and writing for her blog.
Jenn Burkhardt, Drafting and Design Associate
When she is not drafting for Tinc, Jenn is a NYC based lighting designer. She has a passion for new and highly collaborative works that are thought provoking, widen a community’s perspective, and nurture the artists who create those stories. Jenn recently graduated with her MFA in Lighting Design from NYU Tisch's Design for Stage and Film program. Before she went to grad school, Jenn was a 2nd Assistant Lighting Designer for LA Opera and an IATSE 504 Stage Technician for The Walt Disney Company. She also holds a BFA in Theatre Production/Design from Montclair State University.
Elizabeth Allen, Associate Production Manager
When she’s not working with Tinc, Elizabeth is a NYC-based freelance stage manager. Most recently, she was on tour as the Production Stage Manager for American Girl Live. This fall she is excited to work as the Production Stage Manager on the first national tour of Bandstand. For Tinc Productions, Elizabeth has been lucky enough to work as Associate Production Manager for American Girl Live, the Reefer Madness workshop, and as substitute Associate Production Manager for Broadway Bounty Hunter. Elizabeth is a proud graduate of Indiana University.
Sammy Landau, Office Assistant
(they/them) was on stage from an early age, but quickly realized they preferred the backstage and management environments to standing in the spotlight. They left Colorado to attend Emerson College in Boston where they received their BFA in Stage and Production Management as well as spending a considerable amount of time working for the technical supervisor of the presenting organization ArtsEmerson. Since then, Sammy has worked for companies around Boston, as well as Cape Cod. Most notably, they were on the crew for the world premier of Jagged Little Pill in Cambridge in 2018. They moved to New York in the fall of ’18 when they began working as a Stage Manager for PunchDrunk’s Sleep No More as well as working in Tinc’s office.
